  First of All, I have to describe my experience with this agency as horrible. They were un professional, unassisting and the worst of all DISRESPECTFUL !!! I call to inquire about an issue I had and I talked to "Chris Scerbo" and not only did he refused to help me, he start using Profanity. for example he said in a rude manner " GIVE ME THE F**KEN FAX NUMBER !! " and when I told him politely to calm down he said "F**K YOU" !! and hung the phone in my face. And when I called back to complain to the manager she didn't even appoligize nor anything and she acted like I was the bad guy. I was considering to switch to State Farm but after dealing with these people I will never ever ever get a State farm ins.
