  The staff at Ivy in Pennington is excellent. When I started therapy I was miserable. The physical therapists know exactly what exercises work for a particular problem. I am now much better and my physical and mental well- being has improved significantly. I attribute that to the well-trained and caring professionals at Ivy. I recommend them to anyone in pain and discomfort.

  Strained my lower back one early and cold morning when putting out my garbage can to the curb. Suffered 4 days hoping for self improvement, then called Ivy Rehab Pennington for help. They took me in same day and determined that my spine was out-of-alignment. Not surprised since I have had back problems on-and-off for some 40 years. After realigning my lower back, I was asked to refrain from running but do a daily stretching and mild exercise routine. One week later, felt much better. Came back for 2nd visit, this time needed less of lower-back adjustment. Asked to keep up my routine, which I'm doing religiously. It's now 2 months since my back problems started and I have no lower-back symptoms! I'm very happy with how I was treated and the result.
