  They’ll advertise an “effortless” mortgage process, with a promise to pay you if it’s not effortless. I humbly disagree.
  
  I started a mortgage process with them in mid February 2018. Now 90 days later, hours of time wasted, legal fees, accounting fees, documents that could choke a proverbial horse, and an almost complete absence of communication, I still don’t have a mortgage.
  
  I have excellent credit, had 50% down payment, and I’m a physician in practice for 25 years. I’ve had several mortgages and never have been strung along for such an extended period of time with no positive outcome.
  
  As for the promise: after I advised Princeton that I no longer wanted to do business with them, their director of operations (Colleen) curtly advised me that the promise to pay $1000 if I felt the process was not effortless would only occur if the mortgage actually closed.
  
  Judge for yourselves, but I’d steer clear of this group of incompetents. There’s lots of other mortgage companies out there that would be more transparent and honest. Forget their promises.
